Inquisition museum opens
Early December saw the opening of the doors to the Castle of Saint George in Seville, former home of the Spanish Inquisition.
As one passes through the castle, one is invited to recall those who suffered for their beliefs, including a number of protestants, such as Constantino Ponce, the preacher and Casiodoro de Reina, the Bible translator.
The museum was inaugurated by the mayor of Seville and the councillor for tourism. It is sponsored by the city and regional authorities.
